A Plan Built Around Your Community
Every association is different, so we build a yearly plan around your amenities, your documents and your budget. A typical year at the lake might look like this:
- Winter
Snow and ice removal, dock bubblers running, year-end financials, and shoreline and seawall checks while the lake is drawn down.
- Spring
Bubblers come out, spring dock check, gutter cleaning, irrigation start-up and backflow testing, grounds cleanup and mulch, and bids for summer projects.
- Summer
Pools and amenities open, dock electrical check before swim season, power washing, routine inspections and violation follow-up.
- Fall
Budget and annual meeting for the coming year, pool closing, leaf and gutter cleanup, irrigation shut-down, dock winterizing, bubblers set before the first freeze, and snow removal lined up.
All year: regular pest control coordination, groundskeeping and common area cleaning on a set schedule.
