How do I get paid and see reports?

Owners receive monthly payouts along with detailed income and expense reports through our secure owner portal. You can log in anytime to track performance, view booking activity (for short-term rentals), monitor maintenance costs, and access historical data. Everything is organized and transparent to help you stay informed and in control of your investment. 

Where do you manage properties?

We serve a wide range of areas across Missouri, including but not limited to Lake of the Ozarks, Lee’s Summit, Kansas City, and surrounding regions. We also work with out-of-state owners who need trusted local management.
